Change of Address, Name and Commercial Title of the Applicant 

If the address, name or commercial title of the Industrial Design owner changes, Turkish Patent Institute should be informed about the change and the change should be recorded to the Industrial Design Registry. 

Assignment 

Industrial Design assignment is the assignment of the Industrial Design rights of the Industrial Design owner to the third parties. The industrial design assignment except for the assignment resulted from the court decision is filed with the written assignment agreement. The assignment of on industrial design should be informed  to Turkish Patent Institute and recorded to the Industrial Design Registry. 

License 

The usage right (license) of a registered industrial design can be given to the third parties by license. The license on the industrial design should be informed  to Turkish Patent Institute and recorded to the Industrial Design Registry.
