International Patent Application (PCT)

Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) provides a simplified patent application among member countries. It also provides the applications multiple national or international applications including numerous countries instead of regional applications. In international phase, an international search and –if demanded- international pre-examination is made. The national or regional phase of the application is made after these procedures by the national patent offices.
