The Turkish Patent Institute has announced that preparations to join the TMview, which was conducted within the scope of the bilateral cooperation that has been signed between OHIM and The Turkish Patent Institute, is now completed. The application will be available with a Turkish interface starting on 02.09.2013.

TMview is an application that allows any individual to reach the trademark databases of the member countries. In other words, it provides a single platform to search the trademark databases of the member countries.

Currently TMview has 30 member countries and organizations. The addition of Turkey with over 1 million trademarks on it’s database, will take up the total amount over to 12 million trademarks and it will be possible to search the member countries trademark databases with a Turkish interface.
